It's amazing how well this performs optically considering how small and thin the camera is. In your top shirt pocket, you forget it's there. The videos from it are pretty good and it can film under poor lighting. Auto-focusing is spot on and the face recognition works.
Let down by being really slow to process files if you have the pixel tracking shake reduction turned on. This means you can only shoot one shot, wait, then shoot the next.
I have a metallic red one, which looks better IMHO than that colours in the photos above.
You could pack this in your camera bag rather than a normal lens. It's smaller and lighter. That would leave the telephoto on your SLR and reduce lens swapping.
