Just received a brand-new K20D today and I noticed the four-way controller and "OK" button is a bit wobbly/loose.
Seems to function properly, though.

Has anyone else noticed this, or is it my sporadic bad luck with electronic devices?  Embarrassed

Frustrating when you get something new that is less than 100%. I would contact the seller and return it as soon as possible. The four way controller and center button should not be wobbly.

I've had my K20 for about 4 months and my buttons are not wobbly.  I'd send it back since it's not a cheap camera and even if it was, new is new and don't accept less than that.  We work too hard for our money. I know I did, retired now!
