I would like to seek helps of how to do a proper AF Adjustment for my lens on K20D. The manual does not explain much in details, I think I have screwed up some how while trying on one of my lens.

I have the following:-

1) Tamron 17-50mm, F2.8
2) Tamron 18-250mm, F3.5-F6.5
3) Pentax DA* 50-135mm, F2.8 (though this lens still works pretty well with the camera).

Thank you in advance.

I hope I understand what you are asking. Take a look at these links and see if they offer any useful information. Download and print out the test charts first (I would check to ensure that the scale was maintained during priniting - use ruler to check). Then read and follow Part 1 & 2.

You can reset the camera's AF adjustment back to zero for all lenses.

I wouldn't do any adjustments unless on a tripod and outside under daylight.  My guess is that under these conditions, your lenses will all be correctly adjusted anyway.
There are a certain percentage of shots that won't be 100% in focus, so you need to rely on more than one shot before you assume your lenses are out of adjustment.
